9:30am every first Sunday of the month (September – May)
There is an exciting new children’s ministry at Marin Lutheran Church designed especially for all children ages 3 years to 5th grade. It’s called YES! which stands for Youth Education Sundays and it promises to be a FUN new way for kids to experience church at MLC.
On the FIRST SUNDAY of every month (September – May), parents are invited to drop children off in the Parish Hall at 9:30a. The kids will enjoy a full hour of entertaining Bible stories, fun games, creative crafts & joyful music with friends. Parents can savor a quiet worship experience upstairs and pick kids up downstairs once church is over.
The goal of YES! is to share God’s love, to support families in building a community of faith for their children, to foster friendships and simply to have LOTS OF FUN! We understand that family life is very busy and so we are only holding YES! on the first Sunday each month. On other Sundays we encourage families to worship together upstairs, where just as before, there will be children’s bulletins and a Children’s Message for your kids.
If you can’t make it to YES! every first Sunday – NO WORRIES – we’ll hope to see your kids at the next one. New children are always welcome, so please invite them to join us anytime!
